She is a Crown Winner of Famous Pageant with the title Mrs. Tiara International Classic and Mrs. Tiara Most Popular. She has been the president of Junior Chamber International Diamond with Training Qualification Speech Craft & ZTWS. She is Current President of Sampurna Vikas trust , Where she does all her social work to help people & encourage them.
Her International Qualifications are Diploma in Coaching Excellence (ITOL UK) & BTEC Level 4 Training the Trainer ( Edxcel UK)
Pooja has been in training field for last 19 years . She has trained more than 200,000 people. She has given speeches about personality grooming & self-development , Additionally at more the 700 places like colleges, schools, universities, community clubs, groups, corporates.
She has imparted her training services to Businessmen, Employees, Foreign Goers, Housewives, Working Females , Leaders , Politicians & Corporate Giants. Pooja comes from a lower middle-class family. There she had to struggle for food and money. There was a difficult phase of her life where, she was lost and frustrated as to what to do with life. Due to the devasting death of her father at early age of 16. She had to look after her family financially. She wanted to do “big things” but had no idea what that looked like or how to make it happen. Little did she know at that time, how much her life would change afterwards. She started giving English tuitions at home. While teaching English to different age groups. She figured out that real issue was not the language. Rather it was increasingly about personality like public speaking, communication skills etc. After ton of research and review, she and her life partner introduced the first ever academy. STAR PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE which got huge success in the city . she was probably the youngest coach to bring that course in the city. You can call her as an inventor of soft skills in Surat.
It had taken years of perseverance to become successful. With her dedication, perseverance, hard work Pooja has achieved great heights. She is a role model for women in society. She has proved that if you desire you can achieve great success and be financially independent.
